Terms & Conditions — 786x Platform Rules

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Any reference to "these Terms" includes all supplementary policies published on 786x.net, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published alongside individual bonus offers. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on 786x, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 786x is strictly an 18+ platform. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 786x or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently active on the 786x platform.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party. Corporate accounts are not permitted.

2.2 Registration Process

To register an account with 786x, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the sign-up process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact mobile number registered to you personally. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

786x reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

786x operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming best practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time during your account's active life:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered number)

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the required documents are received and verified.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

786x currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 786x will provide reasonable notice of any changes to payment method availability via the platform or registered email.

3.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 786x, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 786x account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 786x does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 786x cashier team during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering best practice. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. 786x aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt; actual transfer times depend on the processing speeds of the receiving payment provider.

786x reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems to require further due diligence. This may include but is not limited to large-value withdrawals, withdrawals to new payment methods, or withdrawals from accounts flagged by automated risk monitoring.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 786x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you access the platform from a device with a different locale setting, displayed amounts will still be calculated and settled in BDT. 786x does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

786x offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion. By claiming a bonus, you confirm your acceptance of all applicable terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Unless a promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless the promotion states a different validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus will forfeit the existing bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

786x may offer a welcome bonus to newly registered players who make a qualifying first deposit. The maximum welcome bonus value available on 786x is up to ৳20,000, subject to the promotion being active at the time of your first deposit, the deposit meeting the stated minimum qualifying deposit threshold, and the wagering requirement being fulfilled within the validity period. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

786x actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games; hedging bets to reduce variance across accounts; and sharing payment methods or devices with another account in order to duplicate bonus eligibility. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 786x are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question. 786x uses live data feeds from recognised sports data providers to settle betting markets. In the event of a data error or discrepancy, 786x reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Live in-play odds are subject to change or suspension without notice, particularly during periods of high activity in a match (wickets, run-outs, boundary reviews). Accepted bets that are matched and confirmed at the displayed odds at the time of placement are binding, subject to the settlement rules applicable to that market.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on 786x — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing titles — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the rules published within the game interface itself. Published RTP (return to player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or wager. 786x does not modify the RTP or game mechanics of any third-party game beyond the studio's published parameters.

5.3 Void Bets and Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, game software failures, or data feed interruptions — 786x reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake to the player's Real Money Balance. No compensation beyond stake return will be offered in connection with technical malfunctions. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 786x, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. In addition to the general obligations set out above, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or conduct any other activity normally performed by a human user.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform software for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered software error are invalid and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any other conduct designed to give you an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 786x platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. 786x cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable law.
• Impersonating any other person, including other players or 786x staff members.
• Attempting to access any other player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any offensive, defamatory, or illegal content via any communication channel operated by or associated with 786x.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 786x

786x reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may all be restricted. 786x will endeavour to communicate the reason for a suspension to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

7.2 Closure by 786x

786x may permanently close any account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed, where the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age, where the account is found to be a duplicate of another account, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to 786x. Upon confirmed closure for breach of terms, any remaining balance — including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance — may be forfeited at the sole discretion of 786x.

7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 786x account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real Money Balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your last-used payment method. 786x will process a voluntary closure request within five business days of receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786x's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the 786x platform, even if 786x has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

786x does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, and events outside of 786x's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. 786x will endeavour to restore full service as quickly as practicable in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
